It broke in 2 weeks
The grinder created strange smell when I ground anything for over 15 seconds. It got hotter and hotter if I kept using it. The plastic under the blades finally broke after 2 weeks light uses. So the blades came off and cannot use anymore. Since I got it only 2 weeks, it is still under warranty, but I have to pay for the postage to mail to the service center. The postage will cost me about the same amount of the price of this grinder. Anyone will bother to mail it to repair?

Easy to pour coffee into the coffee maker.
I am replacing a burr grinder also made by Braun. It was impossible to empty the content without getting it all over the counter or floor. This one, it's easy. It's also grinds 5x faster than the burr grinder and quieter.

Spice Grinder
Bought this for use as a dedicated spice grinder. Would prefer a portable burr grinder that provides consistent sized grounds, but this is more reasonably priced. It grinds whatever you put in it. Fairly durable. Good product.
