Best price I could find...and the genuine article! (Hand wash it! DON'T put it in the dishwasher...it'll crack it! That's WHY I had to get a replacement! Hahahahaha!)

I'LL TAKE MY TEA WITHOUT PLASTIC PLEASE!
I must have had a senior moment when I purchased this item as this and the plastic coffeemakers are now collecting dust in my basement. If I have a choice, I choose not to have BPA and Polymer in my food and beverages. I thought about the entire process of piping hot water running through a plastic basket then sitting in a plastic pitcher, for days. I purchased a stainless steel percolator and make tea the old fashioned way with boiling water and use a glass pitcher.

Lousy product
As many others have found out, these pitchers tend to crack in no time with normal use. The first replacement I purchased ARRIVED cracked and now the replacement for that is cracked after 7 months. Now using my Cuisinart coffee maker to make iced tea.

My other pitchrs was melted in th dishwasher by my ex husband
I have been wanted to replace my pitcher for my ice tea maker since my ex husband put it in the dishwasher and melted it. Boo So I tried to find just the pitcher online and I found it on amazon and I LOVE IT!

Fit and Performance fine. Glad to have correct size. Last season I had been propping up an odd size pitcher to my tea making unit; glad to have the right size for this iced tea season. Seller was a few dollars less expensive (including shipping cost), then the repair and replacement store in my area. I liked the fact it was delivered to my door, no gas and time wasted.
