Customer Response
Hate it
I end up with a cup full of grounds. Don't know how others have such good luck with theirs. Mine's junk.
Not so much
I was very excited about this product, however, dispite all the product instructions and recommendations, my duck still leaks and does not work all that well. I've tried making the coffee in all types of grinds, using all types of amounts and always being sure there is no coffee grounds around the rim. It still leaks. The coffee made is less then desireable. I'm going to keep trying and if anyone has any suggestions, they would be welcome.
It's so nice when you can make your own flavor of coffee.
I can have a perfect cup of coffee by using my own coffee flavor.A little inconvenience as spent time to refill it if need a second cup of coffee.
Refillable coffee pod vs Senseo pod...
The refillable coffee pod is okay. I thought it would be nice to not have to buy the Senseo all the time, but you use a lot more coffee per cup with the refillable pod, or else the coffee is too weak. The Senseo pods average out to about 25 cents per cup. If I could return the refillable pod, I would. Since I can't, it's a good back-up for when I run out of the Senseo pods. Unless you want a device to hold you over for when you run out, I would suggest you save your money.
Coffeeduck, Not so much.
Although this product seems made well it is a bit of a disappointment. With the normal Senseo pods there is a foamy top that you get like a cappuccino. The Coffeeduck has no foam.
